Privacy Policy
This site is run by [Legal entity name] ("we"). It exists for one purpose: to take applications from adults who want paid studio work and to contact them about it. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- What you type in the application: name, email, mobile number, city and state, date of birth, social handles if you give them, experience level, and anything you write in the notes box.
- After you apply: the result of a third-party ID and age check (pass or fail and your verified legal name and date of birth). We do not receive or store images of your ID.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, and the page you applied from. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, logs this to block spam and attacks.
Sensitive information
Applying here tells us you are interested in adult work. Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and EU/UK law that is sensitive personal information. We use it only to review your application and talk to you about placements. We never sell it and never share it with a studio until you have agreed to a specific booking in writing. Advertising tools receive browsing data and, with your consent, hashed contact details; never your notes, date of birth or ID result.
Why we use it
- To confirm you are 18 or older, which federal law requires.
- To call, text or email you about your application. You agreed to that on the form; reply STOP to any text to end it.
- To match you with studios you have asked to be matched with.
- To keep records the law requires us to keep (see our 2257 statement).
Who sees it
- The booking team at [Legal entity name].
- Service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, spam check, storage), Resend (email delivery), and the ID verification provider named on the verification screen. They process data under our instructions.
- A studio, only after you agree to a booking with that studio.
- Law enforcement, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Applications we do not move forward with are deleted within 12 months. Records for performers we place are kept as long as federal record-keeping law requires.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Email [contact email] with the subject "Delete my data" from the address you applied with. We act within 30 days and do not need a reason. If you are in California, you also have the right to know what we collected and the right not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under California law; see the cookies section for how to opt out.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We store one value in your browser so the 18+ screen does not reappear for 30 days, and Cloudflare sets a security cookie for its spam check. We also use analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok or similar) to understand how people find and use this site and to show our ads to people who have visited it. These tools set cookies and receive your IP address, device information, the pages you viewed and how you interacted with them, which may include session recordings of your visit. With the consent you give on the application form, we may also send advertising and analytics platforms your contact details in hashed (scrambled) form and the fact that you applied, so we can measure our ads and reach people like you. We do not send what you wrote in the notes box, your date of birth or any ID-verification result to advertising platforms. You can opt out by using your browser's cookie controls, the Global Privacy Control signal, or the opt-out tools each platform provides. California residents can opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context advertising by emailing [contact email] with the subject "Do not share".
Under 18
This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has applied, email [contact email] and we will delete the record.
